Natural Headache Cure using Lemon

Like a lot of ailments it depends on the cause of the headache but lemon juice has proved to be effective (quite possibly because of the Vitamin C).   Squeezing the juice of a lemon into a nice cup of tea and sipped can help with your headaches.  If your headache is caused by heat then instead of throwing away the lemon peel all you need to do is crush it into a paste and apply this to the forehead and the temples.
