Some herbal teas can help you relax and so provide relief for headaches. Why not try chamomile tea with some honey to sweeten the infusion. Due to honey being rich in potassium and magnesium it has been found to have relaxing effects on the arteries, improve blood circulation to the brain and as a result it will help get rid of your headache quickly. If apple cider vinegar is also available, it will help to heat and boil equal parts of apple cider vinegar and honey until steam is produced. Inhaling the steam that this concoction produces for 10 to 15 minutes will surely help relieve you of your headache. Once you have had a herbal tea or similar having a power nap for 10 minutes will add the final touch to the headache cure
