Everyone suffers from headaches from time to time and this is quite natural. We usually just reach for our preferred headache cure that we got over the counter at the chmist.

However, headaches can occassionally be a warning of soemthing far more serious. here are a few flags.

• You are over 40 and never had recurring headaches before
• The headacheshave changed locations
• The headaches are getting stronger
• Your headaches are coming frequently
• Headaches have started to disrupt your life and you have missed work several times
• The headaches are accompanied with other symtons such as numbness, dizziness, blured vision etc

If ay any stage you expereince any of the above then it is important that you consult your doctor as your headache could be an early sign of something more serious
