As some time or another we have al suffered from tension headache.  Some people feel like they have a large rubber band around their head whilst others think their head has been put in a vice and squashed.   . Tension headaches can come in several forms and the pain is either quite mild or can be very severe.  The other thing is that they can come and go in just a couple of hours or they can come and stay for a weeks.

Some people experience chronic headaches to the degree that they have to live their lives around them. They may experience chronic headaches daily, weekly, or monthly. Some women have chronic headaches associated with their menstrual cycles and they know to expect a headache at least once a month. Many migraine sufferers experience chronic headaches; they may not know when they will occur or they may have developed a pattern.
